介绍我国煤矿巷道锚杆支护技术的发展过程,分析预应力锚杆支护作用机理与影响因素,确定锚杆预应力设计的原则是控制围岩不出现明显离层与拉应力区,得出不同锚杆的预应力取值范围,分析影响锚杆预应力的主要因素。论述预应力锚杆与锚索对支护材料的要求,介绍高强度、高延伸率锚杆与锚索材料力学性能,高预应力施加方法与机具。最后,介绍预应力锚杆与锚索支护在复杂困难巷道中的应用,包括支护形式与支护效果。指出预应力锚杆与锚索支护,必要时进行注浆加固,是一种复杂困难巷道有效的支护形式。
Abstract:By introducing development procedure of anchored bolt supporting in China and analyzing action mechanism and influence factors of pre-stress anchored bolt,principle of anchored bolt supporting design was confirmed that there was no obvious separation and tension stress area in surrounding rock.Pre-stress value range of different anchored bolt was obtained and main factors influencing pre-stress were analyzed.Requirement of pre-stress anchored bolt and rope for supporting material was discussed.Mechanical properties of anchored bolt with high strength and high extension ratio,and pre-stress forcing method and instrument were introduced.Application of pre-stress anchored bolt and rope supporting in roadway with complex conditions including supporting model and effect was introduced.Pre-stress anchored bolt and rope,adding grouting for reinforcement if necessary,was an effective supporting manner for roadway with complex conditions.
