在分析深部高地应力巷道围岩变形与破坏特征,目前锚杆支护存在问题的基础上,提出高预应力、强力支护理论与锚杆支护设计准则;通过井下实测数据,分析深部矿井地应力分布特征;介绍强力锚杆支护系统,包括强力锚杆,强力钢带及强力锚索;最后,介绍高预应力、强力锚杆支护系统在新汶千米深井巷道中的应用情况,评价支护效果。井下试验表明,高预应力、强力锚杆支护系统能有效控制深部巷道强烈变形,保持围岩稳定。
Abstract:Based on the analysis of deformation and damage characteristics of deep roadway surrounding rock with high earth stress and current problem in bolting supporting,a theory of power supporting with high pre-stress and a bolting supporting design rule were put forward.Earth stress distribution characteristic of deep mines was analyzed with underground on-the-spot data.A power supporting system which included power bolting,power steel strip and power bolting rope was introduced.Application of power bolting system with high pre-stress in over 1000 m deep mine of Xinwen was introduced too.Underground test showed that this system can control large deformation of deep mine to keep stability of its surrounding rock.
