大断面六边形巷道周边应力分布及其支架设计Surrounding stress distribution and support design of large cross-section hexagonal roadways

摘要(Abstract):
针对大采高回采巷道易失稳的问题,从巷道断面形态与围岩稳定的关系出发,提出一种改善围岩应力分布的大断面六边形巷道。以五里堠矿3号煤层地质开采条件为工程背景,利用弹性力学复变函数理论,对比分析了4种六边形巷道周边应力分布规律。研究结果表明:高宽比0.8、帮倾角60°的六边形巷道(工况1)周边应力分布最均匀、应力集中程度最小;使围岩塑性区最小的帮倾角为60°,工况1为最优断面;集中应力随采深和侧压系数的增加而增大;振速越大,动应力集中越明显,动-静应力叠加会显著加剧巷道冲击失稳风险。基于上述分析,设计了适用于六边形巷道力学特征的金属支架,且通过强度校验证明了支架设计满足工程要求。
